Privacy Policy
Arc-Volt.com keeps privacy simple by design.
This site is a static publishing site. We do not run user accounts, comment systems, on-site checkout flows, advertising trackers, or behavioral analytics dashboards. In plain English: we intentionally collect almost nothing ourselves.
1. What we collect
Arc-Volt.com does not ask you to create an account, upload files, or submit payment information. We do not install Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or similar third-party tracking code.
- We do not set our own advertising, profiling, or identity-tracking cookies.
- We do not maintain a customer database for readers.
- We do not build audience profiles for remarketing or resale.
2. Cloudflare hosting and infrastructure data
This website is delivered through Cloudflare Pages and related Cloudflare infrastructure. To keep the site available, secure, and fast, Cloudflare may automatically process limited technical information at the network layer.
- Your IP address, as required to route traffic across the internet.
- Your browser language preferences and similar request headers.
- Approximate geolocation inferred from IP address so traffic can be served from a nearby edge location.
- Security and performance logs needed to prevent abuse, filter bots, and keep the service online.
Those signals are part of normal content delivery. We do not use them for profiling, interest-based advertising, or reader monetization.
3. Amazon links, affiliate disclosure, and third-party cookies
Some pages link to Amazon. Arc-Volt.com may earn from qualifying purchases as an Amazon Associate.
When you click an Amazon link and leave this site, Amazon may start its own tracking and cookie processes to remember your visit, attribute affiliate referrals, and support cart or checkout functions. We do not control those third-party cookies or Amazon's downstream data handling.
Please review the Amazon Privacy Notice for details about how Amazon processes your data.
4. GDPR and CCPA transparency
We designed this site to minimize personal data processing. For GDPR purposes, any limited processing tied to site delivery and security is generally handled through infrastructure providers and is based on legitimate interests in keeping the site available and protected.
- We do not knowingly sell personal information.
- We do not knowingly share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
- We do not use automated decision-making or profiling about readers.
- We do not collect sensitive personal information through on-site forms because we do not run such forms.
If you are located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, California, or another jurisdiction with privacy rights, you may contact us to ask about access, deletion, correction, or objection requests. Because we keep very little reader data ourselves, our ability to identify records may be limited.
5. Data retention and international transfers
Arc-Volt.com does not operate its own reader database. Any infrastructure logs or affiliate-platform records are retained by the relevant providers under their own policies and may be processed in multiple countries.
That means Cloudflare controls retention for delivery and security logs, and Amazon controls retention for affiliate and commerce-related tracking after you leave this site.
6. Contact
Questions about this policy can be sent to [email protected].
If your request concerns third-party processing after you leave this site, you may also need to contact the relevant provider directly, including Cloudflare or Amazon.
Plain-English summary
- Platform layer: Cloudflare handles core delivery, routing, and security logs.
- Site layer: we publish static pages and do not run behavioral tracking.
- Commerce layer: Amazon handles cookies and transaction-related tracking after a click.
